Please note: The Outlook AddIn v5.4 and v5.5 work with Outlook 2013, 2016 and 2019 and are for Legrand CORP CRM v7 and Legrand Cloud CRM.

v5.5.8 - 2022-10-09
- Change: Choosing a selection for the Status field is now mandatory when creating a new Service Desk ticket from the Add-In.
- Change: The ordering and wording of action buttons when a mail arrives from, or is sent to, an email address unknown to the CRM system has changed to clarify their use.

- New: When creating an Opportunity you can now choose to assign it to an account manager other than your own user
- New: When creating an Opportunity from the Advanced Transfer window if a single contact is present they are passed through to the opportunity window
- Fix: When creating an Opportunity from Advanced Transfer the company selection was lost
- Fix: The AddIn could crash if contacts were added and removed in the Advanced Transfer window
- Fix: When the sender of a mail is a Distribution Group transfer would fail with an error “Sender email not found”
- Fix: The + icon to add an Opportunity would on occasion not appear on the Advanced Transfer window

- New: the setting of the ‘Include Attachments’ checkbox on entry to the Advanced Transfer window can now be controlled centrally by a new database setting entry.
NB: To access this setting requires release v7.1.2 or newer of the desktop application which can be downloaded from https://swupdates.legrandcrm.com/v7/. - New: connection information can now be edited rather than having to delete and recreate a connection
- Change: the mechanism for handling multiple contact matches to an incoming email has been improved
- Fix: an error that allowed inactive contacts to be shown as matches has been corrected
- Fix: if using the Private API connection method the AddIn no longer shows an exception if the API website is unreachable; an advisory message is shown instead

v5.5.1 - 2021-02-25
- New: Bulk transfer of emails - a Legrand CRM menu has been added to the Outlook ribbon where you will find functions to perform a bulk transfer of emails from Outlook to Legrand CRM.
- New: when transferring an email using the Advanced Transfer function you can link the activity to a Campaign
- New: when transferring an email using the Advanced Transfer function you can link the activity to an existing Customer Service issue or create a new Customer Service issue
- Change: The file size limit on attachments that can be transferred has been raised to 100Mb when the Add-In is directly connected to an on-premise SQL database. The limit remains at 10Mb for Cloud CRM and API connections.
- Change: the settings icon has been relocated to the right-hand side of the header pane
- Change: contact search will no longer return inactive contacts
- Change: when linking to an Opportunity the search screen has been improved to include search on Reference Number and Summary fields
- Change: when editing a Task with a reminder the reminder now adjusts if the due date is changed, paralleling the action in the desktop application in that circumstance
- Change: the Calendar setting window will now provide a scrollable list of calendars when a large number exist
- Change: the default setting for Advanced Transfer is now always to not transfer any attachments
- Fix: an error that resulted in an incorrect contact being shown for an incoming mail where the sender is not in the CRM system has been corrected
- Fix: an error that resulted in an incorrect due date being set when editing a Task has been corrected
- Fix: Tasks can be created and edited for a consumer (i.e. a contact not linked to a company)
- Fix: the Status and Outcome values for an Activity were not transferring into the CRM system
- Fix: issues with the Add-In window pane re-sizing have been corrected
- Fix: certain correctly formatted email addresses were being rejected as invalid
